Lemon Pepper Oven-Baked Tilapia

This is one of our favorite seafood meals to make. It is a simple and quick meal to make that does not make too much of a mess in the kitchen. It’s also pretty healthy for you so that’s an added bonus.


Fresh or Frozen Tilapiafillets (6-8)
Lemon pepper seasoning
Lemon Juice


Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees

Defrost fish in a cool water bath

Rinse fish under running water

Get out a large baking pan and line it with a layer of foil

Tare off 6-8 large pieces of foil to use as foil packets for the fish

Place fish in foil packets (2 fillets per packet) and place on top of baking pan

Add lemon pepper seasoning, butter and lemon juice to each packet

Fold over the foil and seal packets

Bake for 14 minutes at 425 degrees

Serve with steamed broccoli and carrots for a fresh addition
